This is the only address for the site, and it reaches us directly. We do not have a phone line or a mailing address to publish — Key & Crate is a national US publication with no premises, and we would rather say that than invent a contact detail.
What we are glad to hear about
- A correction. A specification that has changed, a product discontinued, a claim we got wrong. Factual errors are fixed on the page itself and the last-updated date changes to show it.
- A price that looks wrong. Prices come from a live lookup and refresh daily, but if one looks off, tell us — it is useful to know when the pipeline misbehaves.
- A product or a guide you want covered. Particularly a question you could not find a straight answer to anywhere.
- Something that did not work out. If you bought one of our picks and it disappointed you, that is genuinely valuable and we would rather know.
- Press or partnership. Note that we do not accept payment for placement or publish sponsored content — see the editorial policy.
